Lauren Skousen Photography bio picture

WELCOME!

My name is Lauren Skousen. Thanks for visiting my little corner of the internet! I'd love for you to look around my site and see quick peeks of my most recent work!

I'm a family girl, a wife, a mama to two munchkins (and one more on the way soon); I'm a Diet Coke drinker, a Target regular, a list maker, a clean freak. And I'm a portrait photographer.

I love the opportunity to capture life's moments. Whether it's capturing those irresistible rolls of your baby, or your family interacting with one another, or the love between you and your husband before your new bundle of joy arrives, or freezing your toddlers contagious laugh, or capturing who you are before new adventures unfold after high school graduation.

My style of photography is clean, simple and timeless. I love capturing the traditional images along with candid images that help to tell your unique story. I love when clients trust me and can be themselves in front of me! It's when your genuine selves shine through that I'm truly able to tell your story with my camera!

I specialize in on location children, family, maternity, senior and lifestyle portraits. I photograph a select number of wedding each year.

If you have any questions regarding my photography services, please email me (see the "Contact" tab above). I look forward to the opportunity of telling your unique story!

Thanksgiving day, I was also able to take photos of my cute niece! I can’t believe that she’s already 6 months old. Riverton, UT Childrens Photographer : The Hunter Kids

While visiting Utah, my sister-in-law asked if I could get some quick shots of her kids while on Thanksgiving! I tried to make it as quick as possible, since the kids would rather be playing with all of the cousins! I can’t believe how fast they are all growing up! It’s crazy how fast time […]

I had the pleasure of photographing my husband’s cousin and her family while visiting Utah for Thanksgiving! This is the second time that I’ve been able to photograph their family. It’s always fun being able to have sessions with families each year, because I feel like I get to watch the kids grow! This year, […]
