Lauren Skousen Photography bio picture

WELCOME!

My name is Lauren Skousen. Thanks for visiting my little corner of the internet! I'd love for you to look around my site and see quick peeks of my most recent work!

I'm a family girl, a wife, a mama to two munchkins (and one more on the way soon); I'm a Diet Coke drinker, a Target regular, a list maker, a clean freak. And I'm a portrait photographer.

I love the opportunity to capture life's moments. Whether it's capturing those irresistible rolls of your baby, or your family interacting with one another, or the love between you and your husband before your new bundle of joy arrives, or freezing your toddlers contagious laugh, or capturing who you are before new adventures unfold after high school graduation.

My style of photography is clean, simple and timeless. I love capturing the traditional images along with candid images that help to tell your unique story. I love when clients trust me and can be themselves in front of me! It's when your genuine selves shine through that I'm truly able to tell your story with my camera!

I specialize in on location children, family, maternity, senior and lifestyle portraits. I photograph a select number of wedding each year.

If you have any questions regarding my photography services, please email me (see the "Contact" tab above). I look forward to the opportunity of telling your unique story!

Gilbert, AZ Family Photographer : The Hunter Family

Over Labor Day weekend, my husband, daughter and I packed our bags and headed to Gilbert, AZ to visit the Hunters! I drove with my legs up as much as I could so that my legs wouldn’t swell anymore (it’s not so fun traveling when you’re quite pregnant, lol)! It was a short trip, but […]

Claremont, CA Family Photographer : The Kubach Family

Tammi and I have been friends since high school…however, unfortunately since we live in different states, we don’t see each other as often as I wished! Tammi contacted me and wondered if I’d be available to take her extended family photos while her all of her family was in town and together! It was so […]

La Verne, CA Childrens Photographer : Karlee

Like I said, I love repeat clients! Brittney asked if I’d do a little mini session and get some quick photos of her little girl for her 1st birthday invitations…then we’ll be taking more of her one year photos during their family session in a few weeks! Her little girl is a gorgeous baby, which […]

San Dimas, CA Children Photographer : Daphne

Each year my dad’s side of the family gets together for a family reunion daytrip to the beach! My cousin, Amy, was in town for the beach trip and asked if I’d be able to take some photos of her cute little 4 month old daughter! She is seriously such a good baby…she was a […]
